People whose job is to explain revolutionary and principled solutions; untested individual knowing necessitates clarifying and repeating insights which have been filtered through logic’s formulas. (Gates 4-49-23-43)

You are a walking library filled with formulas that could overturn the world, none of them yet tested by reality. Your lifelong sentence is to make revolution sound reasonable to ordinary ears. 

Gate 4 is the hexagram of Youthful Folly—the gate of formulation, pleasure, acceptance, irresponsibility, deceiver, temptation, transcendence, logic protects us from doom, energy to bluff through despite ignorance, freedom from punishment. Answers and formulas are only possibilities. Your mind is full of solutions to various things, blurted expressions will make people retreat. If you learn to observe and examine your mind's operation, you will have outstanding expression ability, which can be used to explain complex situations. Importantly, even if you have solutions to others' problems, it does not mean they need you to do anything. 

Gate 49 is Lake over Fire—the gate of rejection (principles), law of necessity, last resort, civil unrest, platform, organization, attraction, awareness potential and spiritual rituals, the ideal form of transformation is based on higher principles, not power struggles. Knowing what the community needs in terms of people and things. 

Gate 23 is Mountain over Earth—evangelism, self-defense, individuality, splitting, assimilation, fusion, simple alchemy/supreme state: essence/gift: simplicity/shadow: complexity/repressive tendency: taciturn/reactive tendency: fragmented, eliminating intolerance, transcending morality. Awareness and cognition to accept diversity. Unique insights open the door to mutation. 

Gate 43 is Lake over Heaven—patience, dedication, expediency, stubbornness, development, breakthrough, listening to the inner voice, perfectly establishing a new order to continue existing achievements. Expressing and transforming inner truth into unique viewpoints. 

[The 23-43 structuring channel] Independent, the design from genius to freak, projector channel (knowing circuit), challenging existing structures and patterns, subverting the past, establishing new structures, thoroughly changing everyone's perspective on things, triggering mutation. Having the ability to develop skills and ideas to improve efficiency. How to clearly and concisely explain innovative insights, again and again, until everyone understands, is their life lesson that can be continuously refined. 

Your daily rhythm: sudden epiphany → blurt out a paradigm-shattering solution → room falls dead silent → you frantically repeat, explain, metaphor, diagram, exemplify, deconstruct, reconstruct… until the listener either falls to their knees whispering “I see” or throws you out. Your deepest suffering is not lack of answers, but having too many, too new, too ruthless. You are forever trying to stuff an untested personal knowing into the collective’s logical formulas, like forcing a burning nebula into a glass jar. You know that if the jar breaks in exactly the right way, the world changes forever. If it breaks wrong, you’re just the madman. 

Thoth, god of wisdom, this time not the calm scribe but the feverish adolescent god scribbling equations on the banks of the Nile. He guards the Quarter of Duality: through bonding with others purpose is achieved, yet ultimately we weigh “simply for the sake of weighing.” You are the one who translates “the future that has not yet been proven” into “the present that can be verified.” Your lifelong koan is only one sentence: “I have explained it the best I can. The rest is for you to live out and prove.”
