In the final chapter of Human Design's explanation cross, an eternal revolution simmers within you, your mind a fissure in the underworld from which novel insights erupt like sharpened obsidian. You are the armored logician, the efficient blade-wielder who reassembles reality amid chaos, turning old regimes to ash with your words. 

Gate 43 is the hexagram of Lake over Heaven—the gate of insight, patience, dedication, expediency, stubbornness, development, breakthrough, listening to the inner voice, perfectly establishing a new order to continue existing achievements. Expressing and transforming inner truth into unique viewpoints. This cross carries the unique [self-expression] and [individual knowing] of the [structuring channel 43-23], this channel is also called [ghost talent channel], because the expression from this channel has extremely individual nature, nothing more novel or stranger than it, and in a dazzling expression way, making people awe—such a ghost talent with this idea! Fusing Gate 4's evaluation of patterns and creating hypothetical energy, and Gate 49's reform energy, you have logical evaluation energy, then borrowed for individual commentary or expression, some expressions consistent with the status quo, some intensely showing completely different expressions. 

Gate 23 is Mountain over Earth—evangelism, self-defense, individuality, splitting, assimilation, fusion, simple alchemy/supreme state: essence/gift: simplicity/shadow: complexity/repressive tendency: taciturn/reactive tendency: fragmented, eliminating intolerance, transcending morality. Awareness and cognition to accept diversity. Unique insights open the door to mutation. 

Gate 4 is Youthful Folly—pleasure, acceptance, irresponsibility, deceiver, temptation, transcendence, logic protects us from doom, energy to bluff through despite ignorance, freedom from punishment. Answers and formulas are only possibilities. 

Gate 49 is Lake over Fire—law of necessity, last resort, civil unrest, platform, organization, attraction, awareness potential and spiritual rituals, the ideal form of transformation is based on higher principles, not power struggles. Knowing what the community needs in terms of people and things. 

[The 23-43 structuring channel] Independent, the design from genius to freak, projector channel (knowing circuit), challenging existing structures and patterns, subverting the past, establishing new structures, thoroughly changing everyone's perspective on things, triggering mutation. But this does not mean they really know something, just “what they said”. Sometimes they really know, but other times they don't. About the freak and genius of 43-23, it means the insight and expression range of 43-23 people have great possibilities. A person said something, does not guarantee he expressed it in an easy-to-understand way. The title “freak” is usually due to “poor communication”, not “wrong understanding”. When the things expressed by people with activated 43-23 channel are successfully understood by others, 43-23 people will be called geniuses, but if they can't be understood, they seem to become freaks. People with activated 43-23 must learn two important skills: “speaking skills” and “patience”. Speaking skills are to reach the audience, but because 43-23 is a projector channel, patiently waiting to be recognized to get an audience “ready to receive the message that must be heard”.
